Once considered the best wings in elmira, with good sandwiches served with cottage fries. Now living on reputation. Food and service have slipped, the owner is a jerk,and it shows in smaller crowds. Now for wings i go to either the hot end or the elbow room. The hot end offer good food friendly service and excellent prices. The elbow room also offer grest wings and sandwiches in a nicer atmosphere but also more expensive.
