Pudgie's Northside, PIZZA/ITALIAN, College Avenue, Elmira. Pudgie's is a local franchise. A real Elmiran will have eaten thousands of slices of Pudgie's pizza in his/her life time. No exaggeration. This is a new Pudgie's revamped from the original restaurant in a new location. Last visit 3/1/2014 - lunch, 2 guests - takeout. $. The stromboli was not memorable - not much flavor and kind of skimpy on ingredients.

Probably the worst Pudgies out of all of them. Went there once, food was cold and nasty. Got a 1/10 from me just for that.
